Terms and conditions:
- Promo is open to any individual 18 years old and above residing in the Philippines. All employees of Sunlight Air and Asia Pacific Travel as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
- Promotion period is from 12:00AM on December 12, 2022 and will end at 11:59PM on January 12, 2022.
- Passengers who book flights and Travel Bubble Packages with Sunlight Air and Asia Pacific Travel worth PHP 5,000 will immediately be eligible for the raffle promo.
- A minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 5,000 will earn one (1) raffle entry.
- Promo applies to all flights and travel packages offered by Sunlight Air and Asia Pacific Travel. Promo is valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, and privileges.
- Only bookings made at Sunlight Air’s online booking website or Travel Bubble Package booking forms from sunlightair.ph will be considered as eligible entries. Bookings made at other booking apps or websites (I.E. Klook, Kiwi, etc.) will not be considered eligible.
- The prizes of the Sunlight Air Light Up the Season Raffle are as follows:
- First Prize – One (1) winner of a 4D/3N Travel Bubble Package at Nouveau Resort in Camiguin for two (2) persons.
- Second Prize – One (1) winner of a 4D/3N Travel Bubble Package at Club Agutaya in San Vicente for two (2) persons.
- Third Prize – One (1) winner of a roundtrip flight + 3D/2N accommodation at Marina del Sol Resort & Yacht Club in Busuanga for two (2) persons.
- Deadline for submission of entries is at 11:59PM on January 12, 2022.
- Grand draw and determination of winners will be held at 10:00AM on January 17, 2023 at Ri-Rance Corporate Center 1, Aseana City, Tambo, Paranaque City. Winners will be drawn electronically in the presence of a DTI representative.
- Each booking reference number drawn shall be verified by checking the booking reference number and participant details from the back-end system. Participants found to be uncompliant with the mechanics will be disqualified and another draw will take place.
- Participants are eligible to win one (1) prize. In the event that a winner is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
- Names of winners shall be posted on Sunlight Air’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/experiencesunlight and Instagram page at www.instagram.com/experiencesunlight/ on January 20, 2023.
- Winners shall be notified via registered email and SMS. Winners must reply to the email notification and attach a copy of their valid government-issued ID for verification. Upon receiving their prize via email, winners must reply to the email, confirming that they have received an e-gift certificate.
- Prizes are in the form of a digital gift certificate. Gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, which include, but are not limited to:
- Travel period of ticket prizes is open-dated up to 1 year from the date of issuance of the gift certificate.
- Holiday and peak season bookings are not allowed. Advanced booking is required.
- Packages are rebookable up to 3x, valid for 1 year from the original date of booking.
- Prior reservation is necessary and subject to availability of flights and rooms.
- Prizes are non-reroutable and non-convertible to cash or other services.
- Prizes are transferable provided that winners must submit a scanned copy of a written endorsement letter together with a scanned copy of their valid ID with a specimen signature submitted to Sunlight Air at snm@sunlightair.ph. The nominated recipient must meet the prize claiming requirements in order to be eligible to claim their prize. Prize transfers are subject to minimal fees.
- The full value of the gift certificate must be used at the same time. No refunds shall be provided for the unused value of the gift certificate.
- If a winner resides outside Metro Manila or from other parts of Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, transportation to and from Sunlight Air’s The Lounge in Pasay City for claiming prizes or travel shall be shouldered by the winner. Failure to show up on scheduled travel dates will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Sunlight Air, Asia Pacific Travel, and their partner resorts will not be held liable for any incidents or expenses related to the prize.
- Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Sunlight Air with prior approval of DTI.
- Prize taxes shall be shouldered by Sunlight Air’s official travel partner, Asia Pacific Travel.
- Winners and their companions must be fully-vaccinated or must be allowed to travel for leisure based on the current LGU and IATF travel requirements.
- Flights are exclusively chartered by Sunlight Air’s official travel partner, Asia Pacific Travel.
- This raffle promo is organized by Sunlight Air and Asia Pacific Travel together with their partner resorts, such as Nouveau Resort, Club Agutaya, and Marina del Sol Resort & Yacht Club.
- By participating in the raffle promo, the participants agree to abide by the rules or Terms & Conditions of this promo. The entrants agree to cooperate in any publicity activities of Sunlight Air and Asia Pacific Travel relating to the promo and to publicly announce their names and photos.
